Privacy Policy
Kamakura Gate Inn (operated by Crypto Manage LLC, "we"/"us") sets out this Privacy Policy to properly handle guests' personal information.
Information We Collect
When you make a booking or contact us, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number. Credit card information is collected and handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never stored on our own servers. After booking, Japan's Hotel Business Act and Minpaku Act also require us to collect your address and occupation (and, for guests with no address in Japan, nationality and passport number).
Purpose of Use
We use the personal information we collect solely to manage and confirm bookings, process payments, respond to inquiries, maintain the guest register required under the Hotel Business Act / Minpaku Act, and otherwise provide a smooth stay.
Third-Party Disclosure / Outsourcing
We share personal information, to the extent necessary, with Beds24 for booking and inventory management, Stripe for payment processing, FormSubmit for relaying contact form messages, and Good Neighbors Inc. (株式会社グッドネイバーズ) for sending check-in instructions (such as door lock codes). We do not disclose personal information to any other third party except as required by law.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to help improve our service, which uses cookies to collect visit data. This data does not identify you personally and is handled in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise manage it securely.
