What time is check-in?+
Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00. Self check-in is available.
What time is check-out?+
Check-out is by 11:00.
What is the maximum number of guests?+
Up to 6 guests. There is no extra fee based on the number of guests.
Can I store my luggage?+
The property generally cannot store luggage. Please use the coin lockers near Ofuna Station.
Is parking available?+
The property has no dedicated parking. See our Parking page for nearby coin-operated parking lots.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are not allowed.
Can we stay with children?+
Yes, children are welcome. Children's tableware is also available.
Can I take out the trash?+
Trash is sorted into "burnable," "plastic," and "cans/bottles/PET bottles." Detailed sorting instructions are provided after check-in.
Is there a convenience store nearby?+
Yamazaki Shop is a 1-minute walk away (closed Sundays), and 7-Eleven is a 2-minute walk away (open daily).
Are there restaurants or a supermarket nearby?+
Within a 5-6 minute walk you'll find McDonald's, CoCo Ichibanya, Starbucks, and Yakiniku DOURAKU, plus FamilyMart, Lawson, and the LIFE supermarket.
Is smoking allowed?+
The property is non-smoking throughout. To avoid disturbing neighbors, smoking on the veranda or in front of the entrance is also not allowed.
Is Wi-Fi available?+
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi (about 820 Mbps) is available.
Can we use the kitchen freely?+
Yes, the kitchen is available for you to use freely. It includes cooking utensils such as a frying pan, kitchen knife, and cutting board, plus a microwave and refrigerator.
Is it a whole-house rental? Will we share the property with other guests?+
Yes, this is a whole-house rental. Only your booked group will be staying there during your visit.
Are towels and toiletries provided?+
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. Hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also supplied.
Are parties or loud noise allowed?+
This is a whole-house rental in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to refrain from parties, loud voices, or loud music that could disturb neighbors.
Can we use a BBQ or fireworks outside?+
BBQs and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property, including the veranda and the area in front of the entrance.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?+
In most cases this isn't possible, since other bookings are usually scheduled right before and after. If you'd like to request it, please contact us using our inquiry form.
Is there a hospital or pharmacy nearby?+
Ofuna Station has general hospitals such as Ofuna Chuo Hospital, as well as clinics and pharmacies.
Is bicycle rental available?+
There are no bicycles at the property, but rental bicycles are available at Ofuna Station.
Can I cancel my reservation?+
Cancellations up to 15:00 the day before check-in are fully refunded; cancellations after that, on the day of check-in, or no-shows are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy page for details.
